FIT specializes in bridge and ancillary inspection, structural assessment, and rope access services across the state of Florida. FIT is an FDOT-certified Small Business, prequalified in three sub-categories of FDOT Work Group 5, Bridge Inspection: 5.1 - Conventional Bridge Inspection, 5.3 - Complex Bridge Inspection, and 5.4 - Bridge Load Rating. FDOT Prequalification is a mandatory quality control process that ensures engineering firms have the necessary expertise, resources, and track record to successfully complete state transportation projects, protecting both FDOT and Florida taxpayers by vetting companies before they can compete for critical transportation infrastructure work.
